Popcorn

Simple to make and you don't need a popcorn maker, just a big pan.

3 tbsp vegetable oil
75g popcorn
melted butter, sugar or salt to taste

Put the oil in a large pan with a lid. Cover the bottom with the popcorn making sure it is only one kernel deep. Place lid on and shake the pan gently over a medium heat allowing steam to escape every so often. When popping stops, remove from heat. Pour on some melted butter and sprinkle on sugar or just shake around with some salt. Then fill your Popcorn Poke to the brim.
