21st Oct 2007 Afro Tried It on my sister but instead of staying on her sholder it got stuck in her hair! She found it a few minutes later and screamed the house down, hilarious

18th Sep 2007 Rose I like your spider trick. I think I will try it on my brother. Hee hee.

14th Sep 2007 swede What is it about your little English spiders that scare you so? Like your moths which are almost extinct, you will miss the spiders and their lovely, dew-filled webs when they are gone. You should see some of our Swedish spiders -all 704 are isted here: http://www2.nrm.se/en/spindlar.html. Apparently there are 400 species under threat of extinction in England! Now, what type is that in your photos. . ?

10th Sep 2007 Sage Ahh, that makes my skin shiver Edie. Is it only me or are there other people out there who dread this time of year when the garden turns into some scarey obstacle course as I try to dodge larger and larger webs! Worse still these webs seem to contain larger and larger spiders. Do your gardening now while there is still time. Sage
