19th Apr 2009 Nicky Jane, I so sympathise with you in your quest to help your family understand the deliciousness of some old fashioned puds. I LOVE semolina but it is just a joke to my kids who cannot get it at all. At least semonlina is easily available, so I can indulge myself whenever I want, even if I can't convert the masses. Good luck in your quest for sago heaven.
