14th Aug 2007 Orange and apple I love your web site

30th Jul 2007 Elizabeth A favourite family tradition for us is to go strawberry picking every June. I used to do it as a child every year and ate as many as I picked, then as a teenager, being paid according to how much I picked and resisted eating, and now we do it to make jam or to distribute among our neighbours. We go to Coton where the man is cool about children sampling his produce, and he always recognises us now, as regulars!

20th Jul 2007 swede Yngve made this for the first time ever this year, and I like it so much that it's what I drink after my morning runs. It's delicious, just sweet enough and probably just as revitalising as any of the 'sports drinks' that are reccommended for recovery after running.
